I need help (CD43)

I have a CD43 radio in my E32, I had to unplug the battery to have some work done so obviously the code is required to get my radio working again. I went to BMW today and got the code and its still not working, am I missing something on how to enter it in??

Did you randomly enter numbers before you got the right code? Cause you can only mess up a certain amount of times then it locks you out for an hour or so. If its been over an hour and still not working then I don't know, you sure its the right code? I just turn on the car turn the radio on and then the code pops up on the display and I just type it in, never had a problem.

Nope havent pushed any random buttons, Ive tried the code BMW gave me and been locked out 3 times today, Im just going to go to the dealer tomorrow and have them try again
