I get to work outside, kind of in my spare time. Under the crappy little covered deck. It just started raining (by "raining" I mean THIS FUCKING HYDRO-HARASSMENT HAS GOT TO FUCKING STOP!) and the wife is on here way home...so the whole "working under tha back patio in the rain while listening to old school dancehall Reggae" is uuuum...not her taste in music, shall we say.

So, a bit more Chaka Demus, a bit more packing tape, a quick trip through Fedex...they should all be on their way tonight, or mighty damn early in the AM. Fedex is 24 hours, you know.............

I built a slat type box spring for this antique bed I have. But before I built the new box spring, I tried to rehab the old one that was so old George Washington may have slept there.

Any way... After pulling nails (square ones) and staples I had thhis burning pain in my thumb joints and wrists. I put up with it for weeks and finally went to a doctor. She looked it over and told me to take some Tylenol. The pain went away.

Go fig..

4 at a time makes for a small batch.

Turns out 4 is just as much hassle as 6 or 8, takes just as long...now I have my "wood shop" (literally, my back patio) set up to do woodwork, I can do more builds.

24 is too many, 4 is not enough. I think next build will be 8.

The E34 is coming home soon too, it is gonna get a pretty advanced system...plus I have this E28 to finish FIRST...and build all kinds of stuff for the house, too.

Maybe I can get some E34 boxes done for the E34 meet, who knows.

Oh hey...boxes shipped out friday night, meaning they are on their way...but I have to call fedex (since I shipped so late) before I can figure out prices on shipping, since I still suck at that part.

Now I just have to find a sub. Hey Luke, I remember in another thread there was a sub for like $50, but I'm too lazy to find it, so uh...any recommendations for subs that won't break the bank? :p
