Has anyone her anything about theses? Maybe recommend something better? I really dont want to spend over $110 or change the size of the 5 1/4.

Well they are not the greatest of course, but hell going to sound better than stock or blown speakers more that likely :)

Crossovers. They are electronics that split the high and low frequencies and sends them to their respective woofer or tweeter.
