Deck- KD-R900 vd KD-A815

Before I order one, I want to be sure I get the differences.

As far as I can tell, there are 3:

1. The '815 gets a 2 year warranty vs the '900 1 year
2. The '815 has the CD hole right on the front, whereas the '900 flips down to insert a disc
3. The '815 has a slightly more sophisticated EQ

Am I right about this? Am I missing something?

And chrome: 900 has plain, 815 is smoked. Both still will catch the sun, but the 815 has a more subdued appearance.

I had the 900 first, but sent it back for the 805 when I realized the display was no different, eventhough the 900 had room for a larger display without the cd slot.

You pretty much nailed it terms of differences.

I've decided on the 815 as I prefer the darker look with no chrome accents.

Where are you ordering your 815 from?

I was gonna go with Sonic Electronix, but Crutchfield is the same price with free 1-3 day shipping ($239), so as of now I plan to order from there.
