when i turn my headlights on the low beams come on as they should, but when i turn the hi beams on both the hi and low come on on the passengers side but only the hi comes on on the drivers side, wtf???? and my fog lights wont turn on at all

Bulb is burnt out for the high section, fogs go off when highs come on for DOT purposes of not blinding oncoming traffic as US drivers are dumb and don't know how to dip there lights.Comment

Ok make it simple pull the bucket and swap sides dose the other one work, if no it's a bad filament. Sealed beams burn out over time.Comment
