noob question. where is stock amp located?

i tried searching for "stock amp" and "amp location" and got nothing, so if some1 couild tell me where the stock amp is, i would appreciate it...also is there a way to just cut the power to the amp, so i can use it in the future? thanks

Agreed. I know it is. Peel back driver's side trunk liner. Youll see the amp right above the shock tower.

what is the other thing that is uderneath the rear shelf that looks almost like a cd changer or amp on the left side.
