alarm hood pin location?

Didn't find anything in a search, so any advice on where to stick a hood pin switch for an alarm?

I have a few thoughts but i'd rather not drill until i know the spot will work.. and with the way the hood opens I'm not sure one on the core support will work.

So any pics?

Put it right next to one of those rubber screws that adjust the overall hieght.
