    Is it time for a box build?

    Guys, I have a project I wanna fund.

    Oddly enough, the wife and I are actually making a little money right now, so I don't have to struggle quite so much...but I wanna paint her car and get my S50 swap going, plus prep to paint my car.

    Anyone have any 24V swap stuff I might need to get going they might wanna trade? I need general 24V swap stuff:


    NEW water pump
    Oil Pan
    Pickup
    Dipstick
    Seals/Gaskets/hoses/belts
    Alternator (with all brackets)
    PS pump (brackets too)
    EBay headers
    Tranny mount (G260)
    NEW dual 2" in/out catalytic converter
    Silver label DME (or whatever the hell I need to make an S50 run like a stock '95 M3, no aftermarket nonsense)

      A buddy of mine was listening to my system and he was wondering if you made a box for an e36?

                  You want a RED label 413 DME or a 506. You can make the silver 413 work if you get an EWS delete chip OR if you're willing to chop one wire in the DME (green/pin 16 IIRC).

                      Silver label 506 is what you're thinking Luke, but a red 413 will work just fine too.

                                          No, there are clearance issues from the ports and the woofer, so much shallower and everything becomes compromised.

                                          There are 2 people working on it currently.

                                          We may have a solution shortly.
