Removing Headlight/Fog Light Dash Panel Section

I'm trying to get behind the plastic dash panel section that holds the headlight and fog light switches to check the backlighting. I was able to replace the bulbs in the center console dash, but can't figure out the procedure for popping out the left most dash panel section. If anyone can detail the procedure, I'd greatly appreciate it.

    Thanks!!

    All figured out...

3:00am inspiration. Out in my driveway with a flashlight, neighbors probably thought someone was steeling my car.

Removed the lower trim panel under the steering wheel. Removed the left knurled nut from the dash board covering above steering wheel. Pulled the left side of the trim cover out. Removed the nut on the right side of the headlight/foglight switch cover, loosened the left nut of the switch cover. Pulled out the right side of the cover to yank the light out of its carrier. Replaced the light, reinserted it into its carrier and buttoned it up.

I tell you, they do not make it easy to get your fingers or tools in there. In fact it's a goddamn bitch. But, alas, all my dash lighting is glowing once again. Three dash bulbs replaced (headlight switch, temp dial, fan dial) and lightbar for OBC. Now I can sleep...

Next project– heated seat switch lights that went out two months ago... Forgot I had removed Fuse 15, when doing some wiring under the fuse box. Everything should be so easy.
