I recently stripped the car down to be painted and am now in the process of reassembly. Currently working on the dash and its wiring. A couple of issues have come up, one being the turn signals do not work. (cluster arrows dont light up, no clicking, and no indicators) The blower for the ac and heater also does not come on. My question is, if the buttons that control the hazard lights and the AC/recirculation were mixed up would that cause these issues?

the blinkers do go through the hazard switch, so maybe?
