Electrical Nightmare :( help

2 days ago I took out the center consoles and went through the dash all the way back to the trunk to rewire it. I found like 3 electrical outlets, Ipod chargers, Ps2 adapters, 6 different RCA cables, 1 power inverter, 1 Line out Converter. IT WAS A MESS!! I re did the wiring and plugged it back up after installing a NEW instrument cluster and a NEW 1din deck. NOW as I was about to head home.. I found right rear tail lights are NOT working. The left is fine but the right is not anymore and I did not even touch it. And further more my instrument cluster would trigger Hyper Blinkers.. & then my windows would NOT roll up. Tell me the source of the problem & your thoughts. I need at least my windows to roll up! THANK YOU!!!

so did you install all these adapters to begin with or did the previous owner do this?

Hmmm. Well apparently you missed something. You're going to need the factory wiring diagram for your car, a multimeter and some time.
