Need a new deck, any recommendations?

I currently have a Sony CDX MP30 that was professionally installed on my e30 b4 I bought it back in 03.
Now that my car is going into daily driver status, I want something that will match the dash lights, yet also have the USB front connection.

    Any recommendations?
    thanks

I got a pioneer deh-2200ub. works pretty well, red lighting scheme matches the rest of the lights on the console. USB input and aux in the front.

I have two of the JVCs with HDradio, a KD-HDR50 (NLA) and a KD-HDR60. Lights match, they don't look too ridiculous (still bad, but you can't avoid that), sound quality is not awful (again, about the best you can hope for). USB works well with iPods and keys. Can't comment on the CD part, though.

The CD part of the R900 is stellar: 24 bit Burr Brown DACs!

The Preamp is also excellent: 3) 5V preouts, high and low pass.

Bluetooth is adequate, better than most, but I do wish it were Parrot.

I also wish it had HD Radio onboard, but I still have no patience for radio, be it Sattelite, HD or standard. Hell, none of my car have even FM!

Stupid question: the HDRs also have three preouts. Unless I am monumentally stupid, this prevents the fader control from doing anything useful if you use the pre-outs? Why didn't they put four (or five...) pre-outs on the things?
From JVC's site, btw, you can add an HD-radio module to the 900... but I don't know how well it works. In my experience, stuff that daisy-chains off the CD changer bus has two modes of operation: 'mediocre' and 'a lot worse'. I still have to find any system where the integration is as good as it would be if the module were IN the unit.

In the context of the pre-outs on the stereo, each pre-out pair is two channels: left and right (pin is signal, shell is ground for each connector). It's also why they're labeled "Front", "Rear", and "SUB".

So, for the HDRs there's a total of six channels:

              FL - FR - RL - RR - SL - SR

              Does that help?
