Cruise never worked since I bought the car. Figured out that the clutch switch was bad so I replaced it and it works...but only for around a minute. Then it stops.
Any ideas?

This is like a reverse build thread; it starts out nice and gets shitty.
It might not be the clutch switch at all. If the bracket the switch mounts to is a little bit too far from the pedal, it will allow you to engage cruise control, but the first bump in the road will move the clutch pedal juuust enough to disengage the switch.
Try and see how that works for you. You could even try jumping the two wires together (with a paperclip in the end of the connector or similar) and see if that fixes it.

Well the switch was bad because it never "closed". Got a new one and that fixed it. I'll try bending the bracket a bit, though. See if that makes it work for longer than 30 seconds.

Yeah I gotcha on the first switch being bad. I was referring to the second...you might have bent the bracket during install or something.
I went through this when I did the 5-speed swap on my iX. Figured out the wiring to get the CC to work w/ the manual tranny, but it would never stay on for long. Bending the bracket a bit (which I didn't align quite correctly when I installed the new pedals) fixed it up fine for me.
You could also put a big fat zip-tie around the pedal arm where it contacts the CC switch :D I had to do that with my brake light switch. For some reason with everything bolted down, I couldn't get the bracket the switch hangs on to move enough to engage properly.
