ok, heres the deal. I aquired the car with all its motor parts in the trunk. I reassmbled motor and had some harness issues. The reference and engine speed connectors were corroded so i cleaned them up and got spark. Now i tested fuel rail pressure to 45ish psi with guage. The motor fires and runs when carb cleaner is sprayed into the TB.
I managed to break it down to injectors not firing. If i jumper the 2 pins at the ecu to ground real quick to pulse the inj the motor will fire.
Ive exhausted all ideas and i cant figure out why the ecu/dme wont fire the injectors.
Any ideas will be geatly appreciated. Is there an injector ground somewhere that im missing? i have 12v at both terminals at the injectors. Is this right?
