so how does everyone bolt their systems down?

i have a JL 12w0 aimed out the ski hole, the box is a truck box for now, so i need some ideas on how to keep it from sliding around.

And i also would like some ideas how to mount the amp. Im a bit iffy on drilling in the back of the box

sorry for it being so big, but this is what i did with my amp. My box has velcro on the bottom of it and it stays perfectly still most of the time.

I tried the 3M velcro thing, lasted about a day. I drive too hard, there's no way it can hold.

I have a long bungee cord wrapped around it, hooked on part of the jack and the other side on a hole in the ski pass frame.. Not show worthy, but it holds the box down perfectly, even during auto-x, if I so feel the urge to make a music-infused run. :)

Oh, and my amp is screwed into the passenger side of the seatback.

The bottom part just pulls up and out. To remove the back, you need to remove the two 10mm bolts at the bottom corners of the seat back. Then, you just have to slide the seat straight up and then pull it out.

would it be possible to swap the back part for one with a ski hole?

Absolutely. That's what I did. The back seats are all compatable, besides the cabrio seat.

Here's my seat. I found it at the local Pick-N-Pull one day.

Here's a pic of my setup:
