no brake lights/ cruise control

Don't know why my brake lights and cruise control won't work. My turn signals, wipers, running lights, reverse etc. do work tho so i don't think it can't be the #6 fuse 7.5 right?

Problem result of oil pan/frame ground not being connected for a day while driving?

When the orignal owner put an aftermarket head unit in my e30 they cut all the wires in the truck by the stock amp. One day there shitty but splices failed on me. Just one place to check.
