    Aftermarket rear speakers.

I have premium sound, and I just blew out my rear speakers..
Anyhow, the rears are 5.25". Is there a specific speaker that I can just drop in that will essentially "bolt right in"? I'm not an audio guy so I'm looking for easy and a good bang for the buck option. I'm running a cheap alpine head unit and the stock amp is in the garage in a box. I just want something simple that will fit under the factory speaker grills. Will any 5.25" fit, or is there one that fits best? Thanks.

I just installed a set of Infinity Reference 5032CF speakers in the rear, but it took a little modification to install them. For a set that will essentially drop right in without modifying the Premium Sound enclosures, I think the Infinity Reference 5030CS will do the trick, but that setup comes with separate tweeters and crossovers, and costs about $40 more.

You're better off just getting another set of premium speakers. Luke himself even said if you want a cheap good sounding system, to retain the factory premium speakers.
Your signature picture has been removed since it contained the Photobucket "upgrade your account" image.

Its true that you can get a good sounding stero with the stock premiums and a different headunit, but why not upgrade a little? I mean how long is another set of 20+ year old papercone speakers gonna last? Not hating on the stock stereo, but why not improve
