Need info on wiring my amp. Its an ohms question

I have a 4 channel 4 ohm amp. Front speakers are 4 ohm so I know how to wire those. However, I have 2 ohm speakers sitting in the garage and was wondering how I could wire them up for my rears? So with a 4 ohm, 4 channel amp can I wire 2 speakers to 4 ohm and 2 speakers to 2 ohm?

Yes, if not pushing something crazy thats not talking a bunch of watts. For 5 1/4" you should be fine. But if you wanted to this is how you make 2 ohms 4 ohms

+ -_______-+ I hope this makes sense to you the + represents the positive lead the - negative lead and the _______ represents a jumper wire. Hope this helps

Google "series and parallel speaker wiring".

Dave, you jump from one positive to one negative, NOT from one negative to another. Try it on a DVC woofer and you will smoke it instantly.

Installer, if you went from negative to negative you would be running it parallel and that would drop the ohms. He needs to run it in series. He's running single voice coils. Come on you should know this, your a installer right? Its basic electronics.

Parallel would be positive to positive and negative to negative and you would run a wire from the amp to the positive and one to the negative. Your diagram implies you should run each wire to each positive with a jumper connecting the negatives.

And to get a 4 ohm load, they need to be in series, not parallel, so like Luke said.

are you high? or do you just like to run stuff out of phase.

Be nice, he is a noob here, and we all know that 99% of the fuckwipes on the intarwebz talk out their ass, so he might have confused me as one of those.
