blower motor power wire wiggle

can somebody give some insight on my problem?

If i wiggle/bend the front wire forward towards the front of the car, the blower works. obviously, when you try to put the blower motor cover back on, it pushes this wire back and then i get no power.

can i rotate the blower backwards, so the wire can stay pointing up allowing the cover to be reinstalled(and giving me power), or does the blower have to sit with the front orange wire facing fowards?

i just tested the connector on the blower motor bent forward and bent in the way its suppose to fit installed for resistance. i got a clean circuit either way. power must be getting through the motor in either orientation?

gonna test the power wire tomorrow, too late to jump the car(drained the battery testing the blower, lol)......

weird thing is, when the blower quit working it was just sudden.
