Most power on stock charging system?

How much amplifier power can i run on the stock e30 charging system, with the addition of a better battery (kinetik, optima, ect.)? Id like to run a 1200 watt rms amp for my sub and 500 watt max amp for interior speakers, but i dont know if this would be possible.

Bump for me being a moron, im running an e36 140 amp alternator so its not exactly a stock e30 charging system
