right turn signal problem

so I went to start my car tonight and when I turned it on the right turn was ingaged but all it did was make a buzzing noise coming from the dash no flashing green light on the cluster and no signal on the front or back of the car. the left signal still works but goes extremely fast.

sounds like your flasher is going/has gone bad

so what do I need to replace? is there a relay?

because it doesn't work on the outside either.

there is a relay called a flasher attached to your turn signal stalk inside the steering column cover. you need to replace it
