Power stays on.

when i turn my car off the check panel stays on and the OBC also stays on. those are supposed to turn off when i take the key out right?

and nothing turns on when you turn the key to 1 or to accessories. it only works when its on 2.

what should i look at to fix this? because this issue is what is draining my battery i think. if i dont drive my car everyday it will die and i have to jump start it.

Usually crap like that happens when some douche who thinks he can install stereo or alarm attempts an install and fucks shit up.
