Non-Car Head Unit Question

I need to replace the HU in the boat.
The current opening is ~5" wide by 6" tall... and super deep.
Will this accept/fit a GM style HU?
Anyone know of any CD player HU's that fit within that size? Kind of a long shot and random size for a stereo opening. :(

i have a GM hu in my boat, the measurments you gave sound similar to mine. if you take a picture it would be easier. i wasn't sure if it would fit, so i just got one from a junkyard and it fit, so i bought a new one and walah.
