Budget 10 Inch Sub - Sealed Box

Okay so Im building my buddy a sub box for his truck. It is going under the rear bench seat, only about 1/3 of the seat (the jackbox covers right side and middle). Therefore, there is no where near enough room for a ported box.

Basically, the guy is a senior and obviously wants to keep it cheap. He has no problem paying a little more for quality, but I believe our goal is to keep it under $250 with an amp.

Any woofer thoughts? I like the Dayton Titanic MKIII, but havnt really modeled it yet.

And for amps, I like the newer PPIs. A 250.1 watt should do fine?

Hmm. Looking on Madisound and Parts-Express... there is nothing really THAT great under $125. Except Dayton Classic... of which I will model later this week in WinISD
