power windows and airblower both stopped?

any idea what this can be? replaced starter and then my power windows dont work nor does the air. the lights on the window buttons are now not lit up either. any feed back greatly appreciated

The smallest wire on the starter isn't grounded properly.

is this the 4th wire? my car ha?d the starter with 4 wires but the one swapped in is a older model one.... anything i can do?

The largest post with the copper nut and braided strap is also a switched ground. Put a bigger ring terminal on the smallest wire and ground it there.
