Power door locks help

I looked up the E30 DIY list to look up how I can repair my power door locks. My doors are not unlocking when I unlock it from the trunk and drivers side like they used too. Do any of you guys have information on how to repair the system?

Where is the control unit located?
Any DIYs that you know of?

There is LOTS of info on this already posted so that SEARCH thing will help.

The control module is under your left front speaker.

If you get too stuck, post away. It is kind of an odd system, but lots of us have done extensive work on them.
