    Electriw (relay?) issue

Okay so I've got a problem here. I have a M50 swapped 91 318iS. I have no power to the windows or the blower, A/C etc. However, when I switch the ignition on without starting it, I do have power, sometimes. Then when I start the engine it all goes away. Doesnt come back when I switch it off. Any ideas? This is my first e30, and electrics is not really my strongest point, but I was thinking a relay?

edit: the issue is electric not elecriw

I did some more checking and found out that removing the no. 10 fuse gives me power to the windows, however no temp or fuel level gauge. I found that the starter is also controlled by this fuse, but I guess its only the load reduction circuit that is on the fuse right, not the starter itself? I'll try to get to the starter to ground the load reduction wire, can I best do this from below on a car lift or by removing the manifold? Thanks

Your issue is the green/black wire that goes to the starter. It runs the unloader relays.

Easy fix (hackery though) is to just ground that wire, but the world might blow up if you try to roll your windows down while cranking the motor.

Sorry for the newbieism, but do I do this at the c101 or at the starter? The starter is hard to reach.
