Headunit wont power on

I know there have been 2894.2 other threads about this, but ive gone through whatever i could find and cant seem to figure out the issue. I dont think its the fuses because the gauges/obc and everything else work fine aside from the obc not lighting up. Can anyone help me? Im fookin stumped. And if it makes a difference its some cheapo aftermarket pioneer head unit. Everything also worked fine before i parked my car in the garage 2 months ago, where it was sitting until yesterday.
