need help finding ground for radio.

I already read the radio wiring sticky and printed out the diagram but I cant find a ground wire thats the only one I cant find the PO ran new rear speaker wire but left the old wires in the loom at the deck.

I know it should be brown or brown with black but I have two brown with black and I think those are the old rear wires.

Here is a picture of the wires I have at the dash.

Definitely good advice and you would also thing just good old common sense.
Trouble is this guy, like a lot out there, would not know what to do with a test light.

Why don't you just ground it to the metal cage that holds the headunit in place just sand it well and put the wire under a bolt

^ word. The stock e30 ground sucks anyways. I still have a/c hum and I cant figure out how to get rid of it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

What color should the 12v acc be? on the diagram it has it as purple and grey but I don't have a purple and grey wire. thinking that this is the problem.
