Cluster help

Hey guys I have been driving my e30 daily for about a month and none of my gauges work except the temp which is always fixed at the first white line. It almost seems as if my cluster has no power going to it.

Could this be a SI board problem?

Also, I have a 1987 325 is. Does that have the lithium batts?
