        Tiny airspace means less efficiency, better off with a 6" or even smaller..but where to find a 1 ohm 6"?

                You could use two of them to drive a left and right mid channel individually. They have a built in low pass filter set at 150Hz, so it could work well. Infinity's stuff is 2ohm, right? I'm sure it would handle that.

                Though I'm not sure why you would EVER do that...
