    Silly E34 sub box in progress

    Thought some of you guys would get a kick out of this.

    I have not made another "vertical woofer" box since mine. The reason is that the woofer is so deep, the angle would have it placed above the ski pass hole.

    So here is the bare box:



    Ports in place, sealant applied:



    Face on. There are 2 big front-to-back braces, they are inbetween the U on the port tubes.



    Find Darren at Bimmerfest, take a listen. It will be MUCH prettier than this finished!

    So it is ported into rear deck, or the woofer will BE on the rear deck?

      Reread Lukes post. Pay particular attention to the part that goes "vertical woofer"

                  it's an IDMAX 12 that will be powered by a Arc Audio KS 1000.1. I think he tuned it to somewhere around 26 or 28hz. I don't remember.
