Turn signal light problem

I searched a few pages and couldn't find anything on this issue, but when I turn my lights on only one of my front turn signal lights illuminates. It's been like that for a while and it's getting increasingly annoying. The bulb isn't out because the turn signal works properly (with the headlights on and off)

What do you mean " only one of my front turn signal lights illuminates?" Do you mean the dash blinker is on and when you go outside the bulb isn't flashing or is the bulb out completely in neutral position?
You'll have to be more specific as to what is occurring when you apply the turn signal.
