    Removal of tweeter from pods

I purchased some new front components today as one speaker was toast. How to you remove the factory tweeters from the sail pods. I got a good deal on some new Focal speakers (entry level) any feedback on that brand

Thanks for the advice I will give it a try. The boiling water trick sounds good but I was hoping in the damage the old tweeters as they are both still good. But must break some eggs for the omelet

i got the grill off and just kinda picked away at the edge with a utility knife a little bit and grabbed the backside with some bigger channel locks and popped it out, i dont think the water would damage it too bad as long as you dried it out properly
