    Why won't my sub work?

I went over a bump one day, and no more bump in the trunk.

I checked the RCA's and all the other wires/cables, everything was good.

I'm pretty sure it has power b/c my amp is lighting up.

What the deuce is goin on?

might have to look into the amp. if amp is getting power and all the wires are intact, the connections inside the amp that lead to the terminals for the sub wire maybe disconnected

get the mutlimeter out and check the speaker output to the sub. It will answer lots of questions if the amp is tuning on. If the amp isn't turning on and its still wired i'd say it was the remote wire.

If the amp is getting power then you may want to try hooking up a mp3 player or Discman to the audio inputs to see if you get sound. This will atleast help determine whether the problem is between the head unit and the amp.
