No, they won't clear the front kickpanel, and the tweeter will get broken off as soon as someone bumps them with their foot. The speaker cone itself will also press against the cone of the speakers (OK, the outer surround to be technical) so that has to be spaced slightly out as well. That is true for virtually all aftermarket speakers though.
They do not sound anywhere near as good as the stock PS speakers, either. In fact, don't take this as me being a dick, but that particular speaker, the KFC-1362S, is an absolute pile of shit. They suck in every way.
OK, let me clarify that: IF you have a subwoofer, go ahead and use aftermarket speakers. If you don't have a sub, get a nice condition set of stock Premium Sound speakers. They have a "fuller" bottom end than ANY aftermarket speaker, bar none.
I am not kidding, there is NOTHING on the market to compete with the bass of the PS speaker no matter the price (in the same size, DUH, right?). Of course, the mid and treble will possibly be better than stock, but not from those crappy Kenwoods, especially those miserable shitbox coaxials you posted. I bet I have installed at least 100 pair of those, they ALWAYS suck ass. I actually like those components better than some, but since they are going under the stock grille so the looks do not matter, and there are several other speaker sets I would point to instead.
Do a set of stock PS speakers until you get a sub, then swap to something decent AFTER you have an amp powering the stock speakers.
When you buy the rear PS speakers, just aim to get some that are not sun damaged. The cones are supposed to be black, or nearly so.
