Dome lights stopped working

whats up guys
my dome lights have completely stopped working..
they dont turn on at all...

anyone have any idea where i might begin to solve this problem?
i am new to e30's >.<

(also my tach/econo meter stopped working, idk if that has anything to do with this problem..)

ok so i think i found the problem... might be fuse #21..
as far as my tachometer not working, ive read that i need to replace my SI batteries.
does anyone know where i can get these batteries?
also my speedometer doesnt light up.
and one know where i might get the bulbs for replacement?

I just replaced the lights in my instrument panel, I got them from Autozone for like $5 for 2 of them. I don't remember the exact part number but if you take then out and bring them into the store they'll be able to find you the right ones.

Fuses

Check your fuses first. I think I replaced #10 and it brought my cluster back to life. but odo gears are broken.
