Back of the stock radio wiring?

Finally got power to the stock radio, but nothing is sending out to the speakers. This is what I have so far, I'm not sure if it's correct and if everything is plugged in correctly. The white female plug I have no idea where it goes and the black plug I'm clueless about as well

Never done wiring hua, its pretty easy. Shitty part about e30's is theres 3 wires for 2 speakers, the eq never works right unless you redo everything. At least thats what ive run into on my past two e30's , my current im runing a 4 cyl. amp so no issues at all.

Man I was just handed my radio with the stock harness not installed so I'm still clueless about it. If anyone has a picture of the back of a stock radio or any guidance that would be awesome

I described the problem in that video, but to summarize
I'm getting power to only the two front speakers now, they work, but the sound quality is terrible. The passenger one is crackling/knocking (you can hear it throughout the video) and the quality is overall terrible.
I'm not running an Antenna but I do have an FM Modulator for my ipod (I hate radio music anyway), I'm not sure if that affects anything?

I basically gave up on trying to look OEM and im just gonna get a modern head unit....
