    Running wires for amp help

Gathering everything else I need to finish up my install and looking for a bit of advise, where do people run the power wire from the battery back to the amp through the firewall? I've got a touring so unfortunately battery is up front :(

what I did on my cabrio (also front battery) was to use the aux fuse panel by the main one (the little bastard with the two funky fuses in it) and then ran the cables with the main harness down the chassis. I already had the holes in the firewall from other cable runs, so your mileage may vary, but it has worked out good for mine so far.

Cale, on the convertibles, you can drill a hole next to the battery, where the sedan has the pass-through. It comes out between the body and the glovebox mount, a perfect place to get it through. Alternately, under the battery tray works too.

Mine goes.... accross the firewall (in the loom holder thing) into the firewall from the rubber bung where the headlight adjusters went, down under the passsenger carpet, to the back seat.. goes through a spare hole through the rear firewall.. into a distro block and splits into 2/amps.

all that effort and I could have put the battery in the boot. meh. lazy.
