Where is my cigarette/cigar lighter!?

The PO of my car stripped the interior and in the process removed the cigar lighter. I need some kind of an outlet in my car for my gps/phone/ipod to plug into and charge.

Can anyone tell me from these pics if its going to be an easy job to re-fit this thing? Anyone mind telling me how?

The group to the right that is zip tied with the single light is the ashtray light, 12V cig lighter, and one is for the illuminated shift boot. Buy a center console with a 12V socket ask tray ect..
