scratch removal

I was a dope head today, when removing my head unit control panel I manage to drop it on the ground, and put some small scratches on the sides and some edges as it bounced along the concrete. Can you recommend a method I can use to minimize or remove these scratches. The unit is only 2 month old. Thanks
