Ah, gotcha. I have been trying to get hold of Grizz, se if he has any answers about what is next. I bought a 4.500 and a 600.1 for a customer. If they work as well as I expect, I will keep you posted. If you plan on heading up soon I could pick one up for you but seems the stock is pretty limited.

I quite like my DTR 4.500 . It's a pretty solid amp. Runs a tad hot for my liking, but it hasn't given me any guff (Yet)

No, unfortunately, it cannot due to the mounting system of the JL. I could build one with a custom mount, but that would add complexity to this already difficult design...but if you are willing, I know of at least one other guy who wants that same woofer..but do check out the JBL I posted...it is a better woofer in every way.

Hmmm. Might need to get back to work on this. I, for one, want as big a bass as my last car had. 600 watts RMS on a single 12 and my roof moved a good 1.5", easy. Better than that, it sounded absolutely incredible, easily on par with any better grade home subwoofer, it truly was amazing.

Now I want better.

I really am thinking I want some incredibly huge 12", maybe even that beast of a JBL GTi. I bet I could get close to 150db (at least 145+) with a single 12 and 1200 watts.

Anyone seriously thinking about one of these boxes?
