    Fuse keeps blowing.

I haven't had my instrument cluster lights for awhile now. Finally got around to looking up what fuse it was and I went and swapped out Fuse 23 (when I pulled it was blown) and I put the new one in I turned on my headlights to see if the lights work and my friend (devon 818 ) said it blew immediately.

I haven't messed with the wiring or anything. Devon said it was probably a crossed wire, but the only wiring I have messed with is the HVAC panel and I took that apart and checked everything, so I have no idea what it would be. Do you guys have any ideas?

Do you guys think this fuse problem is related to my battery problem? AKA need a new alternator/voltage regulator?
