powering aux items - where to get power

So i'm planning on doing a stealth install of a good radar detector in the E30. With that I'm going to wire it so that an old window lockout switch in the dash will turn it on/off. Easy to do, but I'm trying to decide where to get my power from.

Does anyone know off hand if any of the other pins in the wiring block under the left side of the dash are switched power , and if so what size connectors I would need to plug into them, and lastly..what circuit are they on/does it have enough available amperage.

Alternatively, Can someone explain what is needed to use the aux fuse box for this purpose? How does it come apart and what type of blade connector do I need to use it?

I plan on handling all the wiring as cleanly as possible, so i'm going to loom the new wires into the lighting/accessory switch harness before the dash goes back in.

Here's some detail on the aux fuse box I found while looking up about alarm installation.

The 12v switched at the ignition is probably easiest, but you shouldn't need much amperage for a radar detector.

Thanks man. I've seen that diy a loong time ago but had forgotten about it. That gives me the spade pn. I'll take another look at the block to try to free the stock wires from it(mine has broken tabs and needs to be replaced)
