    Weird Electrical problems

So since I have owned my car, the interior dome lights do not work. On my instrument guage, the only ones working are Speedometer, and maybe the gas and thermometer (maybe because they are off i think.) When I try to turn on the rear driver's side dome light, the MPG and tachometer jump and sit at some random amount, until I turn off the dome light.

When I turn off the car, the tach jumps when I let off of the clutch.

I know bmw's are used to weird problems, but I want to fix them if they are easy.

oh also forgot. When I turn the car on, the electronic checker thing near the rear view mirror( FAIL i know) the brake and liscence light indicators come on, and then usually go away after I press check but all the lights work on the car

also my blinkers click fast when turned on by the stalk, yet when I turn them both on with the hazard button they both blink slowly.

Would the phantom gauge cluster problem be specific to the drivers door being open by any chance?
