    Aftermarket Radio Doesn't Work

    Hey,

Yesterday i was driving and i decided to mess around with the L-R fader and the balance. I noticed me driver side speakers didn't work. Later on that day all of the speakers died. A couple minutes after that the radio turned off.

The radio doesn't turn on anymore. I checked the wiring, seemed to be good. I even rewired some of the wires. Checked the fuse going to the radio and the actual fuse for the car. They were good.

Any help is appreciated. Car without radio sucks for daily driving.

    Thanks
    Ashar

Solved, checked all fuses and fuse #21 was blown. Replaced and I wired the head so everything should be good.

          Thanks

Another problem. The speakers went out again. What is the problem?

Check wires to the speakers, I had to run new speaker lines to my drivers side speakers.

Are you getting no sound but the deck is powered up and has a full display etc? If so the deck is in protection mode due to a short, either a speaker wire grounding out, or the voice coil touching the voice coil gap.
