Has anyone else run into the issue of the heaters blower fan making a loud vibration in any setting above 2? Even on 2 it still starts to make a louder noise. Any fixes?

One or more of the vanes(blades) on the blower has failed.
The motor/assembly will have to be replaced.
I have heard of others simply snipping off the broken parts and re-installing the assembly, but if I were to go to all of the trouble of removing the motor, I would swap the entire assembly.
Replacement is not terribly difficult. It just takes a little time and dexterity.
