    Antenna Delete Problem

So my antenna never worker from the begininning, so I decided to buy a delete cap, and remove it. I found out that the PO had cut the antenna wires. I am going to be putting a keyless entry on my car, and was wondering what I should put the antenna wire from the radio to? I have heard something about the defroster. Thanks.

I was thinking something more, simple. Instead of just having a wire for an antenna just sitting in my trunk, more like using my whole car as an antenna? You know what I am say? That's why I thought I heard something about hooking the wire to the defroster.

What does keyless entry have to do with hooking up an antenna? If you want radio reception put the antenna back or get a hidden one from someplace like Dakota Digital.

You can get a small "hidden" antenna like dwvw is talking about and either mount it to the underside of your trunk or the low side of your windshield - depends on where the set up connects and what you want.

doesn't the keyless entry go off of the antennas reception? lol

The keyless entry has its own antenna. Its basically a wire but i can activate it from at least 100ft away.
