Best budget system for 1000w RMS (paging luke)

Took the old system out of my vert and put in my Jeep

Old system:
Kenwood KAC-9102D (850 RMS at 2 ohms)
2 12" Pioneer TS-w305c (4 ohm SVC)
Its running at 2 ohms and sounds great in my Jeep

For next summer in my vert I want something a little louder.

Must be at least 1000w rms. Must be 2 12's (for existing box).
I'm thinking:

Hifonics (HFi1000.1D) 1000w rms @ 1 ohm
$119 shipped
2 12" Pioneer (TS-W309D4) DVC 4 ohm 400w rms
$137 shipped (pair)

Would be willing to spend up to $300 on amp and subs. Is there a better system than this for $300 or less?

I'm gonna say yes; one of your old 12's in a Luke box with your old amp. You don't need ridiculous amounts of power or multiple subs if done correctly.

Well it is going in vert and luke only has a 10" vert box right?

Ah, didn't notice the Vert comment.

Honestly, Luke's 10" vert box will likely be better then ANY other box, even with two 12's as it directs all the sound into the cabin (what there is of one anyway). I'm going to let Luke chime in though, he will know better.
