I really need to sell E30 specific wiring kits. I wish I could help more. I just don't have staff, time or space to do anything else right now, and we have so many ideas.

I have this HU and find there is no difference in sound quality between the bluetooth connection and usb connection. I should point out that I'm using all stock premium speakers and amp at this point though. Might be losing some response above or below what the stock stuff can produce.

My 925 came in yesterday. What wiring should i get. The car does not have a factory amp so i'll be running all new speaker wire. Never really had the need to put down new lines before and i would prefer not putting down that generic clearish blue wire they sell on a roll.

I think I am gonna pop in on my way south this weekend and pick a 10" DVC up for my E34.

My goal is to see if I can make my E34 sound "audiophile grade" for under $750 total, counting one of my E34 boxes ($220), that Jensen 5 channel amp ($140) on an Obcon 10" DVC ($40) and one of my 10 channel passive crossovers ($200) all behind the JVC KD-R900 ($150) using Monoprice.com cables ($12) and stock 21 year old speakers...

Must have read in to it incorrectly. I figured the 925 was worth the extra $12 for less shiny silver bits and a better internal EQ.

What happened to you wanting the JVC for your audiophile grade e34 system?

Who ever said it was audiophile? I have the KD-R900 in mine, and it sounds great.

However, had the DEH44/64 been out then, I would have that instead.
